Wonderful Amenities and Convenient Location

I was given a room upgrade upon arrival and I was really pleased. The bed felt very comfortable. It was the best bed I think I've ever slept in. Staff were attentive.
I found one light bulb wasn't working in my room. This was a very minor issue .

I stayed in the Premier Double Room. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast included fresh pastries and a selection of fruit. I also found fresh juice available each morning. The on-site spa had mineral water in the pool.
The minibar prices are high.

The room was super clean and provided every needed amenity. The grounds were well maintained. I found them inviting. I enjoyed the dinner that I had there. The food was cooked to perfection. The presentation was beautiful. The staff were helpful. This enhanced the experience.
The lemon sole was unavailable for two nights in a row.

friendly staff well-kept grounds slow service early closure
The staff were very friendly. I appreciated the upgrade on arrival, it was a nice surprise. I also liked that the grounds were well-kept. They were inviting.
The service at breakfast was slow. I had to ask for items repeatedly. The outdoor pool only accommodates a few people, though the indoor pool closed early at 7:55.

staff were friendly and helpful the room was spacious and nicely decorated the spa is very good
the service was slow even for a glass of tap water somebody called the room at 630 am when a wake up call was not requested the sheets had dirt marks on them
