Wonderful Amenities and Convenient Location
room upgrade comfortable bed high standard attentive staff
I was given a room upgrade upon arrival and I was really pleased. The bed felt very comfortable. It was the best bed I think I've ever slept in. Staff were attentive.
I found one light bulb wasn't working in my room. This was a very minor issue .

Breakfast offers a large menu to order from, it has many options. I had great food from the pantry on the day when the restaurant was closed. The quality of the food was good.

The room had lots of space and a comfortable bed. There was good use of mirrors at sensible heights to see your outfit and do makeup. The bed linen felt lovely. A spacious seating area was available.

Staff were attentive and always on hand to look after you. The receptionist was lovely and cute. The staff are very professional.

The location of the hotel was good. It is within a reasonable walking distance of the city. Being able to park at the hotel made choosing this hotel easy. I enjoyed the walk into the city.

I stayed in the Premier Double Room. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast included fresh pastries and a selection of fruit. I also found fresh juice available each morning. The on-site spa had mineral water in the pool.
The minibar prices are high.

super clean room inviting grounds perfect food helpful staff
The room was super clean and provided every needed amenity. The grounds were well maintained. I found them inviting. I enjoyed the dinner that I had there. The food was cooked to perfection. The presentation was beautiful. The staff were helpful. This enhanced the experience.
The lemon sole was unavailable for two nights in a row.

friendly staff well-kept grounds slow service early closure
The staff were very friendly. I appreciated the upgrade on arrival, it was a nice surprise. I also liked that the grounds were well-kept. They were inviting.
The service at breakfast was slow. I had to ask for items repeatedly. The outdoor pool only accommodates a few people, though the indoor pool closed early at 7:55.

helpful staff good spa slow service dirt marks
staff were friendly and helpful the room was spacious and nicely decorated the spa is very good
the service was slow even for a glass of tap water somebody called the room at 630 am when a wake up call was not requested the sheets had dirt marks on them
